About

Portrait of Kiki Ho

I'm a Lead Product Designer with 10+ years of experience designing complex interactive products across mobile, games, and VR.

I partner with PMs to turn product requirements and goals into UX flows, interaction design, and production-ready UI. My work combines product thinking, information hierarchy, visual design, and design systems, with a focus on progression, content discovery, monetization UX, and creator tools.

Through my role at RitzDeli Games, I work on multiple VR projects developed for Meta as client work. Projects usually begin with PM briefs and requirements, which I translate into UX flows, interaction models, prototypes, and polished UI alongside PMs, engineers, artists, and other designers — designing systems that help players discover content, understand complex interactions, and move naturally between engagement, creation, and commerce.

Earlier, I led UI/UX across mobile and social games, including MONOPOLY Bingo and Property Brothers Home Design, learning to design for large feature sets, live content, retention, and experimentation. Today I'm most interested in products where emerging technology introduces new interaction models — spatial computing, creator tools, and immersive experiences.

I actively integrate AI tools into my design workflow to accelerate research, ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, and iteration.

Outside of product work, drawing and storytelling still shape how I think about hierarchy, composition, and craft.

    RitzDeli Games

    Lead UI/UX Designer

At RitzDeli Games, I lead UI/UX design on multiple VR projects for Meta as part of our client work. Projects typically start from PM briefs, requirements, or product documents, which I turn into UX analysis, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and polished production UI through discussion and design exploration. I work closely with PMs, engineers, artists, and other designers to shape player-facing systems — progression, rewards, events, shops, bundles, collections — and support them through implementation. I use AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, visual exploration, and prototyping to accelerate iteration. I also manage UI art outsourcing and mentor designers.
